Our story
Made slowly, by hand, in Seongsu
Three makers, one room of shared benches — clay, wool, brass and oak worked slowly until each piece feels right in the hand.
We opened this studio in a quiet corner of Seongsu-dong because we wanted a place where things could be made without hurry. Every bowl, every wall hanging, and every brass vessel that leaves the studio has been shaped by hand, from the first lump of clay or length of wool to the final coat of oil. Nothing here is mass-produced, and nothing leaves before it's right.
The workshop runs on a simple belief: making things with your hands is good for you. It slows you down, it teaches patience, and it leaves you with something honest at the end. That's true whether you've been throwing pots for twenty years or you're sitting at a wheel for the very first time. So alongside our own work, we keep the doors open for small classes — because the studio feels most alive when it's full of people learning.
Everything you see in the gallery below was made in this room, on these tools, with materials we've chosen to age well over the years: stoneware that keeps a good weight in the hand, undyed wool and linen, brass that warms to a soft patina, and oak carved while it's still green. Prices for finished pieces start around ₩45,000 for smaller work and vary with size and materials — get in touch and we'll tell you what's currently available.

Honest materials
Stoneware, undyed wool, brass, and oak, chosen to age well and feel good in the hand. We tell you exactly what each piece is made from.
Small classes
Groups stay small — six to eight people — so everyone gets real time at the wheel or the loom and plenty of one-to-one help.
Take it home
You leave every class with something you made yourself. Finished pieces are ready for pickup after firing or finishing.
Beginners welcome
Most of our classes assume no experience at all. If you've never touched clay, this is exactly where you should start.
